You can have the slickest Partner Portal, the highest margins, and the most disruptive technology. But the moment a partner suspects your Direct Sales team might undercut them—or that you're hiding the ball—the partnership is dead.

In a modern Ecosystem, where three or four partners might touch the same customer, contracts are just safety nets. Trust is the engine.

Trust is knowing: I have your back when things go wrong (and they will). I respect your relationship with the customer above my own short-term quota. My "No" is a "No," and my "Yes" is a "Yes."
